Article 1 (Scope of Application)
Accommodation contracts and related agreements entered into between the Sunny Stone Hotel (hereinafter referred to as "the Hotel") and guests shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions. Matters not stipulated herein shall be governed by applicable laws or generally established customs.
- If the Hotel agrees to special terms that do not conflict with laws or established customs, such special terms shall take precedence, notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
Article 2 (Application for Accommodation Contract)
Those wishing to apply for an accommodation contract with the Hotel must provide the following information to the Hotel:
- Name(s) of the guest(s)

- Accommodation charges (in principle, based on the hotel’s standard accommodation rates)

- Date(s) of stay and expected time of arrival
- Accommodation charges (in principle, based on the hotel’s standard accommodation rates)

- The deposit shall be applied first toward the total accommodation charges to be paid by the guest. - Date(s) of stay and expected time of arrival
- Accommodation charges (in principle, based on the hotel’s standard accommodation rates)
- Other particulars deemed necessary by the hotel
- If, upon accepting an application for an accommodation contract, the Hotel does not request the payment of the deposit stipulated in Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article, nor specifies a due date for such payment, it shall be deemed that the Hotel has agreed to the special provision mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
