There have been reports, both domestically and internationally, of mobile batteries (and other products containing lithium-ion batteries) overheating or catching fire.
To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding the use of mobile batteries in your guest room, as outlined below.

■ Precautions for Charging
1. To prevent emergencies such as fires, please ensure that any mobile battery (power bank) is unplugged from the power outlet whenever you leave your room or go to sleep.

2. Please be mindful of where you place your devices while charging—whether you are charging a mobile device from a power bank, or charging a power bank itself using the room’s electrical outlets.
　・Near windows exposed to direct sunlight
　・On or near flammable materials such as beds, bed sheets, or curtains

3. Please monitor the status of your devices while they are charging.

　　To prevent any potential issues, please ensure that devices are charged only in locations where you can personally monitor them.

■ Regarding Room Cleaning

If any of the aforementioned situations are observed during room cleaning, our staff may move the mobile battery or stop the charging process. Thank you for your understanding.

For bookings paid in advance via credit card, the booking site itself will issue the receipt; therefore, the hotel cannot issue a separate receipt.

If you require a receipt that complies with the invoice system, please use our official website or a booking platform that supports the invoice system.
